Justin is the owner of the company and is a Licensed Master Electrician in Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado. He has worked in all 4 states over the last 10 years.

Our Electrical Apprentices are registered with the state of MI within 30 days of employment and go through the state required Electrical Apprentice Training Courses. They are enrolled in Michigan State University and take 600 credit hours of schooling over their 4 year Apprenticeship. 

We charge $125 per man hour. We have a 4 hour minimum and round up to the nearest full hour. 

Example 1: Our employee clocked 2.25 hours on your project, you will be billed for 4 hours due to our 4 hour minimum.

Example 2: Our employee clocked 4.5 hours on your project, you will be billed for 5 hours since we round up to the nearest full hour.

Billable time:

The time billed will include all time involved with your project: drive time, time shopping for material, time loading up our van, time spent cleaning up, lunch breaks & restroom breaks.

-Emergency calls for power outages ($150 per man hour Emergency Call Rate)

We do not do service work at this time 

First ensure the power outage is not do to your utility provider. If your overhead power line fell off your house, a tree fell on your overhead line, panel fire, etc you should call our customer service hotline at {phone number} to report the outage. Our technicians will work quickly to restore power as soon as possible. 

Emergency Service Calls will incur a $150 per man hour charge. Many times you can file a claim through your homeowners insurance to cover the cost (less your deductible). Contact your homeowners insurance to verify what your policy covers.

You can pay your electric bill online through the Quickbooks link provided via email. You can also pay by cash or check. If paying with Debit/Credit card please ask for that feature to be turned on. You will see a 2.7% card charge applied to your invoice.
